During the last 10 years, I have thoroughly appreciated a very simplistic understanding of human design and have learnt tiny snippets and insights along the way. In addition, I personally have had a one on one with Lucy in the past 18 months, so my enthusiasm for accepting this opportunity was immediate.

Lucy’s assessment was delivered to us over three Zoom sessions with an abundance of information in addition to receiving recordings and the slideshow. There were also some brief phone conversations to ascertain information about the people, their positions, what their job descriptions are and like. Receiving copies of the recordings and the slideshow is an invaluable reference that I know we will come back to often from this point in time.

Given that I sit outside the business a little bit on a day-to-day basis and work strategically on the business with Stu I can see that we will take on many aspects and insights of what Lucy has shared with us as we progress with our employee team over time.
